Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the OmniMod website, the OmniMod launcher and its universal engine modules, the member dashboard, and any custom projects we agree to build. By using the services, you agree to these terms.

Operator: OmniMod is operated by Mercy Productions. Questions, cancellation requests, refund reviews, privacy requests, security reports, and billing support can be sent to support@omnimod.cc. These terms are governed by applicable United States law unless a mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

01 Services

Mercy Productions operates OmniMod, a website, account dashboard, desktop launcher, release download service, support center, and membership system for OmniMod's own software and engine modules. Custom projects are separate work that OmniMod may accept or decline after review.

OmniMod does not debug, build, or compile software it did not create, and provides technical support only for OmniMod's own launcher, modules, and delivered custom work. Engine and game support, compatibility, and deliverables may vary; no statement on the website guarantees that any particular engine, game, or title can be supported.

02 Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless promptly reported as unauthorized.
  • You may not share, resell, automate access to, or abuse member-only services except where expressly permitted.
  • Membership access may be limited to one active device or hardware identifier at a time. Support may reset a hardware lock after a reasonable review.
  • OmniMod may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms.

03 Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • OmniMod is offered through several plans: one-time Day ($4.99) and Weekly ($9.99) passes, a recurring Monthly plan ($24.99), and prepaid 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year plans, unless different prices are clearly displayed at checkout.
  • One-time passes and prepaid plans are charged once and grant access for their stated duration with no automatic renewal. The Monthly plan renews automatically until canceled.
  • Canceling a recurring plan stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period and does not ordinarily create a refund for time already used.
  • Card payments are handled by Square when Square checkout is available. Cryptocurrency payments may be offered separately. OmniMod does not collect or store raw card numbers, CVV codes, or bank-login credentials on its servers.
  • Refunds are reviewed case by case. Refunds are not guaranteed for used time, one-time passes, completed custom work, confirmed crypto payments, or accounts suspended for abuse. If a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, technically undeliverable, or affected by verified service downtime, contact support within 7 days with the account email and transaction reference.

04 The launcher, downloads, and intellectual property

The OmniMod launcher and its modules are OmniMod's own software, licensed to members for personal use while their membership is active - not sold. Membership fees cover access to the launcher and its modules, ongoing updates, delivery infrastructure, and support for OmniMod's own products. OmniMod does not grant any rights in third-party games, engines, or other software you use the launcher with; those remain governed by their own licenses and terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OmniMod retains ownership of its website, branding, launcher, modules, documentation, releases, account systems, and service materials. Custom project ownership and licensing will be defined in the applicable statement of work.

05 Acceptable and authorized use

You may use the services only for lawful purposes and only on software, systems, accounts, devices, or projects that you own, maintain, or have explicit authorization to analyze or modify.

You may not use OmniMod to gain unauthorized access, steal data, distribute malware, bypass access controls without permission, disrupt services, infringe intellectual property, evade legal restrictions, or harm other people or systems. OmniMod may decline requests where authorization, legality, licensing, or purpose cannot be reasonably established.

06 Custom work

Custom projects require a separate scope covering objectives, assumptions, access, deliverables, fees, milestones, ownership, acceptance criteria, and support. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change when hidden technical constraints are discovered.

Customers are responsible for providing lawful access, accurate requirements, representative test materials, and timely feedback. OmniMod may pause or terminate work when required information or authorization is not provided. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment details, or unrelated confidential data through support or project request forms.

07 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an "as available" and, where permitted by law, "as is" basis. Software analysis and compatibility work can be affected by updates, undocumented behavior, third-party dependencies, operating-system changes, hardware differences, and incomplete information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniMod disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. OmniMod's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to OmniMod for the affected service during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

08 Changes, termination, and contact

OmniMod may update these terms as services evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account dashboard, or email where practical. Continued use after an effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

Questions, cancellation requests, refund requests, and account support requests can be sent to support@omnimod.cc. Include your account email and any relevant transaction reference, but do not send passwords, private keys, or raw payment details.

These terms are effective June 20, 2026. OmniMod keeps dated copies of material policy updates for account and billing support.
Personal, single-player use. OmniMod is intended for personal use with single-player games and software you own or are authorized to modify. You're responsible for following the laws, licenses, platform rules, and terms that apply to the games you use it with.
